So I’ve finished the second slouchy beanie that I was making, I hope you can see the puff stitches a little better in the grey. This ones a little tight for my liking but I’m hoping it stretches out after a few times wearing it.
I have also found and made these cute little bows! They take about 5 minutes to make and are so easy.
Here we go …
1. Start with a Magic Circle 2. ch3 3. Into the magic circle do 2dc 4. ch3 5. Slip stitch into the magic circle to anchor it down 6. ch3 7. Into the magic circle do 2dc 8. ch3 9. Slip stitch into the magic circle to anchor again 10. Pull the magic circle nice and tight 11. Pull the end of the yarn on the hook through and cut (make sure its a reasonable length) Leave unfinished for now. 12. ch12 13. dc into 11th ch 14. sc in each of the next 9 ch’s 15. dc in the last ch and tie the two ends together and weave in 16. Put the chain you have just made behind the bow and wrap the ends you left unfinished around the middle a few times and then tie together at the back. Cut any excess and you’re done.
Enjoy! B xx
