Paper, Yarn and Cake!

August has already started out to be a busy month.
We had a lovely weekend just gone celebrating Mr P’s birthday. It was a weekend of food!

We decided to visit a new restaurant that has opened in town called Cau on Sunday evening. If you have one near you I highly recommend you take a visit. It was lovely, the food, atmosphere and staff were all brilliant.
We had the steak but I will definitely be returning for their Sunday Roast as it just looked amazing!

Monday saw yet more food and we had home-made rainbow sprinkle pancakes and a rainbow chocolate cake.

Its safe to say we are living off salad and fruit for the foreseeable future after all this.

Now I apologise in advance for muttering the ‘C’ word so early in the year :/ but I have been busy preparing my Christmas range for Miss B’s in between all this.
I have only released 2 items so far; a capped sleeve cardigan and a wintery hat both made with my favourite 100% cotton.

There are 2 more hats in the range to be shown and a couple of other items that are still a work in progress, but it is all coming along nicely.

Also at Miss B’s HQ I have been busy cutting some mini cuts to donate to a charity. I was contacted by Emma’s Donkey Diary a while ago about her cause and it was such a lovely message that I wanted to help out.

These are still waiting for some very special finishing touches to be added and then will be sent over to be added to the Christmas Goodie Box. If you fancy a chance at winning some of the lovely items on offer pop over to her page and for only £2 you can get your entry in!
These templates were all designed by the wonderful Paper Panda so they are quite special indeed.

Has anyone else started their Christmas shopping or at least planning what you might buy?
I can’t be the only one who is super prepared and has bits put up already!?
